It is extremely important that customers familiarise themselves with the conditions of entry with etickets to the festival before purchasing. Maximum of four (4) tickets per person - please adhere to published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit may be cancelled without notice by lastminute.com at its discretion. This includes duplicate orders having the same name, billing address or credit card.

Ticket Prices

• 4-day standard ticket - includes 9 days camping - £150 (plus £9.25 booking fee per ticket). Please note that this is an early bird ticket price.

Ticket Information

• Your tickets will be e-tickets with unique barcodes. These tickets will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at the time of booking.
  There is a fee of £2 to cover the cost of fulfilling your order which will appear as a transaction fee while booking.

  
  Please note that your etickets will be sent from the email address 'festivals@lastminute.com' and we strongly advise you to whitelist the address 'festivals@lastminute.com' in order to prevent your emails from getting spammed and sent to your junk folder.

  The average size of each email is around 1Mb
  

  Our aim is to email all etickets by the end of the next working day from the date of your booking. Should you have any queries regarding your booking then please email our specialist customer service agents at 'Benicassim@lastminute.com'

  
  No tickets will be available for collection at the event. We can only send e-tickets to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking - you can not request a change of address once you have booked so please ensure your e-mail address is valid and there is space in your inbox
  

Event Information

• Nine (9) days camping is included in the price of a 4-day standard ticket
• The campsites will open on Monday July 12 at 10.00am
• The campsites will close on Tuesday July 20 at midday (12.00)
• You must bring your own tents and camping equipment – there may not be camping supplies available to purchase locally
• The festival gates will open on TBC
• The festival goes on until 08.00 hrs each morning and then the arena will be cleared – there is no admittance to the festival area between 08.00 and 17.00
• All times are subject to change - if we are informed of significant changes by the promoter prior to the start of the festival, we shall endeavour to notify you by e-mail

• Child entry information
  • It is not recommended to bring young children to concerts and festivals
  • The Festival International de Benicàssim reminds attendees that the minimum age established by law in the Generalist Valenciana to attend this type of festival is 18. Those below the age of 18 may enter only if accompanied by their legal guardians, who must be over the age of 18, and they must present proof of relationship / guardianship on entering the concert venue with the following documents:
    • Those under the age of 18 who attend accompanied by their legal guardians must present their passports and their legal guardians must also present their own passports
    • Those under the age of 18 who attend accompanied by persons other than their legal guardian must present their passports and a notarial letter from their legal guardians allowing the named attending person(s) to accompany those under the age of 18 to the festival. The attending persons must also present their own passports
    • There are no refunds for people under the age of 18 attempting to attend outside these conditions

You are responsible for your own travel arrangements - your ticket is valid for entry to the festival and access to the official festival campsites only.

• Valencia Airport (92.2 km) - 55 minutes away
• Alicante Airport (273.3 km) - 2.5 hrs away
• Benicàssim has its own station where trains arrive direct every day and at different times. It also has connections with Valencia, Barcelona, Bilbao and Madrid.
• The campsites are located around the town and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis subject to availability until full. Please arrive with the people you wish to camp with - once all space has been allocated, no one else will be able to gain admittance for licensing reasons.
• There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the town of Benicàssim, within walking distance of the festival site and the campsites. Please show kindness and respect to the locals who are welcoming the festival to their town.
